Working on design for manufacture, prototypes, early product development, volume ramp, full rate production, spares and aftermarket, RLC supports the full product life cycle in the aerospace market, civil and military.

With different capabilities at our different facilities, our offering covers:

  • 3,4,and 5 axis machining including Grob 5 axis mill turns fed by Schuler transfer systems, twin spindle aerofoil machining and high volume blisk manufacturing capability.
  • Combined contact and non-contact dimensional inspection, GOM blue light inspection and full range of non-destructive testing, including metallurgic assessment and Blue etch anodise and laser shearography.
  • A wide range of wet processing and surface treatments including anodising and robotic peening and robotic painting.
  • Clean room assembly with balancing facilities and autoclave.

We can offer one off and short run development and out of production strangers and aliens as well as the high volume, metronomic demand for complex products.
